MAKING FASHION A FORCE FOR GOOD

Principles

Do good...

when it comes to what we stand for. Transparency is a word we hear a lot in fashion - and for good reason. We intend to reach full transparency throughout our supply chain by forging positive partnerships and being true advocates for the things that matter most.

Commitment 10 : Transparency

Honesty is a good look

We work hard to define, report and audit our supply chain network. Our manufacturing suppliers list is now regularly published on our website, and in 2021 we conducted 342 factory audits and 257 ethical site visits. We are in the process of mapping our yarns, trims and fabric producers and commit to full supply chain transparency by the end of 2023. In 2022 we’re implementing a Supplier Score Card that will grade suppliers in four categories: Sustainability, Product, Quality and Supply Chain.

Commitment 11 : Advocacy

Holding hands for change

We believe that education through the honest and transparent storytelling of our journey will help drive positive change. And whilst we are still far from achieving our own goals we cannot ignore the opportunity of using our voice to raise awareness and help important issues to be heard. Our recent ‘We Love The High Street’ social media campaign is testament to that.

Commitment 12 : Partnerships

Impact through collaboration

True sustainability can only come through industry-wide collaboration. This means sharing information, best practice, processes and innovation across the industry. Through our partnerships - specifically with the Ethical Trade Initiative, Fast Forward and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition - we are able to develop and push through long term change projects in our supply chain that alone we could not achieve.
