To return your online orders to our warehouse, go to your account and create a return against the order you wish to return.
If you are unable to create a return through your account, please contact us and one of our Customer Services team will look into it further for you.
For online orders being returned to a River Island store, please remember to take your despatch confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.
