When placing your online order, you can add additional delivery instructions underneath your delivery address in the checkout.
Once despatched our courier will contact you to update you on the progress of your delivery and they may also provide you with certain options that you can make to your delivery.
If you choose to add any specific delivery instructions, we are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of this.
Currently you cannot add delivery instructions in the checkout if you are placing your order through the app. However, when the courier contacts you regarding your delivery, they will provide certain options that you can make to your delivery.
