Our Contact Centre is Temporarily Closed

As a result of actions we’ve taken to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), our Contact Centre is temporarily closed. This means, for the moment, we are unable to answer your query by email, chat or telephone and via any of our social media channels.

It’s not an ideal situation we know, but our contact centre is an integral part of the River Island team and we believe the right action is to reduce non-essential work and keep our communities safe.

We hope you’ll be able to find all the information you need through our FAQ and help sections or by logging into your account. Otherwise we will answer your query when re-open, however, we can’t promise when that will be. If it’s really urgent, bear with us, and we’ll try to find a way to help.

We can’t say for sure how long our Contact Centre will be closed for. We can’t wait to re-open and resume our usual service, but we’ll only do so when we’re sure it’s safe to.
