Following the latest government advice, all River Island stores are now temporarily closed but our Customer Service Team is still here to help you. If you are contacting us about a refund for an item purchased in one of our stores, don’t worry, we’re giving you an extra 14 days to return your item(s) from the date your store re-opens. Make sure you hang on to your receipt, you’ll need it to make the return. Online orders made in the UK can be returned as standard, using our free post service within 28 days of delivery to home. For information regarding an item returned in the UK, please only contact us if it has been more than 10 days since you posted your return.

For International returns it can usually take up to 28 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use, please only contact us after this period has elapsed
